List unit quantity, accessories, repair history, mains voltage, packing, dispatch location, currency, validity and agreed delivery responsibilities.
Check destination requirements
Have an importer or qualified local professional check customs, used-equipment rules and any radio-frequency or electrical requirements for the exact destination.
Document dispatch & acceptance
Record packed dimensions, transport arrangement, transit cover, acceptance process and written warranty responsibility. Never assume an unspecified service is included.
