Contacting us

Use the listed WhatsApp, email or WeChat channel to discuss sourcing. The information you choose to send is used to understand the request and discuss equipment, configuration and quotation terms. It is handled in that messaging or email service; those providers apply their own policies. Do not send payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive project information in an initial enquiry.

Optional browser-local brief

The optional inquiry builder saves a shortlist and a draft only in your browser when you choose to save. It can include your reply email, company, destination, model requests and project notes. Source-page paths and explicit campaign labels may also stay in browser session storage. Clearing the local draft or browser storage removes local data, not a message you have already sent through another app.

This public release has no website submission button, public receiving endpoint, file upload, checkout or automatic acknowledgement. Opening a WhatsApp or email draft shares the prepared text with that app at your request; review it before sending. It is not proof of delivery or acceptance.

Site requests and security logs

The server processes ordinary connection information to deliver and protect the website. Basic site-request counts record time, method, a recognised public page or an other-page category, response status and a test marker. These request-count logs do not record IP addresses, query strings, referrers, user-agent details or a visitor identifier. They do not establish unique visitors, real buyers or search rankings.

Separate operational error logs may contain connection or request details needed to investigate errors. The server is configured to rotate non-empty Nginx logs daily and retain up to ten rotated files. Existing restricted preview test records and backups are not published by this release.

No advertising tracking

This build has no advertising pixel, third-party analytics SDK, paid analytics account or marketing cookie. No automatic customer message or marketing subscription is created by visiting or opening a contact link.

Information requests

For questions, corrections or removal requests concerning information sent to AudioRegear, email eric@audioregear.com and identify the conversation. Requests are reviewed by the operator, not automatically processed by this website. Deleting a local draft does not delete mail, chat history, service-provider records or a previously retained backup.
